IQuum to Move Allston Headquarters to Marlborough, MA in September 2006 Allston, MA –- May 12, 2006. IQuum, Inc. announced today that it will be relocating its corporate headquarters to 700 Nickerson Road, Marlborough, MA in September 2006. Located within Marlborough Corporate Place, the new 28,800 square foot facility will be more than three time larger than IQuum’s current Allston headquarters and will serve as IQuum’s office, technology development, and product manufacturing facility. “We are excited to be moving into the newly constructed space in Marlborough later this year,” said Dr. Shuqi Chen, CEO and President of IQuum. “The larger facility will be able to support our rapid growth, especially in terms of increased manufacturing capabilities as we bring our Liat™ products to market.” IQuum has been at its current Allston headquarters since 2000 and will continue operation at this location until September 2006. Marlborough Corporate Place, an 85-acre master-planned campus comprising seven first-class office/R&D buildings, is strategically located one mile west of the intersection of Interstate 495 and Route 20, and is easily accessible to the Massachusetts Turnpike, Interstate 290, Route 128 and Route 9.
